- Exceptions: Customized or personalized furniture items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

- Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging or suitable alternative.
- Step 4: Ship the item back to us using a tracked shipping method.
- Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
3. Refunds

- Processing Time: Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Deductions: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is not due to our error, a restocking fee may apply (up to 15%).
