    • Exceptions: Customized or personalized furniture items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

    • Step 2: Our customer service team will review your request and provide instructions.
    • Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging or suitable alternative.
    • Step 4: Ship the item back to us using a tracked shipping method.
    • Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

3. Refunds

    • Processing Time: Refunds will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
    • Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
    • Deductions: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the return is not due to our error, a restocking fee may apply (up to 15%).

4. Damaged or Defective Items

    • If your furniture arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately within 7 days of receipt.
    • Provide photos of the damage or defect for verification.
    • We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund as appropriate.
